Escape to the Vineyard wine region in Sydney for a country getaway at Ingenia Holidays Avina Located only 50km from Sydney CBD, this countryside location offers an array of accommodation options, including camping or caravan sites, as well as modern villas and spacious cabins.

During your stay, wine taste your way around the region, take a short drive to local attractions such as Featherdale Wildlife Park, Windsor Heritage Walk, Hawkesbury Valley and the Blue Mountains, or stay in and enjoy the resort-style pool.

**About the role**

We are looking for a Guest Experience Officer to join our Holiday Park team. This role will be critical in supporting a seamless front of house experience, ensuring positive and engaging interactions with our guests. This position is casual, with the potential for additional hours to be picked up during peak periods.

**Responsibilities**
- Welcome every guest to Ingenia Holidays, explaining the park / resort, surrounding area, guest amenities and park activities
- Actively sell and promote Ingenia Holidays as the ideal holiday destination by sharing the unique story of your park
- Direct guest check in and check out and attend to general receptionist duties following correct procedures
- Ensure high level of customer service is maintained at all times
- Contact housekeeping or maintenance staff when residents/guests report problems

**About You**
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Previous experience in a similar role / industry
- Computer literate using Microsoft Suite and booking software
- Passionate about the tourism industry with a strong sales ability
- Team player, strong attention to detail and well organised worker
