**About the Location**

Escape to the Vineyard region in Sydney for a country getaway at Ingenia Holidays Avina Located only 50km from Sydney CBD, this countryside location offers an array of accommodation options, including camping or caravan sites, as well as modern villas and spacious cabins.

**Your Opportunity**

We’re looking for a hands-on and proactive Grounds and Maintenance Officer to help keep our holiday park in top condition. If you take pride in maintaining outdoor spaces, repairing facilities, and ensuring a welcoming environment for guests, this could be the perfect role for you. This position is casual, with the potential for additional hours to be picked up during peak periods.

**What You’ll Do**
- Attend to general repairs and maintenance, including plumbing fixes and door adjustments
- Maintain the appearance of outdoor spaces with mowing, weeding, hedging, and pruning
- Ensure tools, equipment, and materials are safely stored and properly maintained
- Clean exterior villa areas, including windows, decking, and pathways
- Dispose of waste efficiently and keep communal areas tidy
- Work collaboratively to provide excellent service and maintain a high standard across the site

**What You’ll Bring**
- Previous experience in maintenance, landscaping, or handyman work
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- A positive attitude and commitment to excellent customer service
- A valid driver's licence
- Availability to work weekends and public holidays as part of a rotating roster
