**About Our Client**:
Our client is a Australian-owned and operated business with no direct competitors and a loyal and growing client base. They are experienced accelerated growth and are looking for an account manager to join their team to manage a portfolio of existing customers and identify growth opportunities. As a business they can offer:

This role is all about customer-centricity and ensuring that your portfolio of customers needs are met through a tailored approach. This means acting as a strategic advisor to your clients, understanding their business and providing tailored solutions.

This could look like:

- Troubleshooting issues
- Maintaining a call cycle with clients
- Updating the CRM
- Responding to enquiries
- Work closely with internal stakeholders (sales, IT)

**The Successful Applicant**:

- Train-ability and willingness to learn new things
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to pick up new technology
- Permanent residency or Aus/NZ Citizenship
