The Opportunity

You'll work as an active, strong leader in the centre, providing a safe, stimulating and educational environment, supporting pedagogy and inspiring Educators. You will be leading groups of Educators, while enjoying a collaborative relationship with the Owners. You will work collaboratively with families and the local community and share the vision of our centre delivering the highest quality care and education in the area.

An exciting opportunity is on offer for an experienced and passionate Assistant Centre Manager (mixed Non-Contact and contact) to join our friendly team of Educators.

You will have:

- a strong philosophy around children’s rights and believe that children are capable and confident.
- strong leadership experience and confidence in your ability to implement change and drive quality.
- Experience in meeting safety and compliance standards.

Skills & Experience:

- A current Working with Children Check (VIC)
- Full Australian work rights
- A minimum of a Diploma and/or a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education
- Minimum of 2 years' previous experience in a leadership role in Early Childhood Education
- Strong knowledge of EYLF
- Strong Knowledge of the NQF, National Quality Standards and Education and Care Regulations
- Competent with using Kidsoft and or other childcare management software
- Strong Leadership Skills
- Excellent personal presentation
