Spanian’s Kebabs is on the lookout for a **leader**to help lead the crew in **Preston Victoria**. This isn’t just about slinging feeds — we need someone who can keep the team firing, the food top-notch, and the vibe strong.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Running shifts and keeping service smooth from open to close
- Leading and motivating crew members (front counter + kitchen)
- Serving up kebabs, sides, and sauces to the highest standard
- Training new staff and setting the pace on shift
- Keeping the restaurant clean, stocked, and compliant with safety & hygiene standards
- Jumping on the grill, POS, or dish station when needed — leading by example
- Handling basic admin tasks like checklists, stock levels, and cash handling

- Prior hospitality or quick-service leadership experience (supervisor, team leader, duty manager)
