**The Role - Full-time**:
Do you have the vision to lead with passion? Become a Supervisor at Specsavers and make your mark as a leader in our stores and the industry.

If you think you’ve got retail in the bag, then now is your chance to step-up into a leadership role and support our Retail Managers and Store Partners in running the day-to-day operations.

This role will have occasional weekends - so Saturday/Sunday availability is necessary.

- **Grow Together**: Monitor team performance, support continuous improvement, and contribute to the success of both Optical and Audiology services.
