Hall Staff

One of Sydney's best Japanese Omakase, Kuon is looking for Wait Staff and Hall Team Member for our fine dining Japanese Omakase restaurant with a passionate, fast-paced kitchen hand, strong work ethic, is looking to grow into a Full time or Part time role and enjoys working in a team environment.

wage: Hourly $27- $30

Duties include:

- Assisting our team of chefs with basic operation
- Greeting customers
- Sanitising workstations
- Cleaning and mopping floors
- Make sure all areas in the hall are clean and meet quality standards
- Removing rubbish
- Customer service
- Recommend Drinks
- Check the bookings

All applicants must be motivated, independent and enjoy a challenge.

The ideal applicant will have:

- A passion for food, wine and sake
- organize and prepare stocks and hall space
- Work with the chef and management on properly storing stocks.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Wines and Sake and also health and safety
- Previous hospitality experience working in a fast-paced environment
- A visa valid for a period greater than one year.

- Haymarket, NSW 2000: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
