As a home care worker, you'll help older Australians maintain their independence and live at home for longer. Your personalised care and empathetic companionship will truly make a positive impact on their lives.

We have multiple Permanent Part Time positions for experienced aged care workers available in the Batemans Bay NSW 2536 area.

Your day will look like:

- Domestic Assistance: Cleaning the home of older people so they have a safe and beautiful place to live
- Helping our clients with their shopping and cooking/meal preparation
- Personal care inc getting them up, showered and dressed for the day, medication management, assisting with mobility and therapy goals
- Driving clients to medical appointments or taking them shopping
- Providing social support and community engagement
- Providing complex care for customers with high care needs, such as dementia

What we look for in an Aged Care Worker:

- A big heart, empathy and a passion for supporting older Australians to live their best life
- Driver’s licence and a fully insured car
- Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent.
- Current First Aid Certificate (or willing to obtain)
- Current flu vaccine - required from May-September to help protect our clients during the winter months
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Resilience and ability to work independently
- You're available to work at least 3 days - Monday - Friday, we do have some weekend shifts available but we need some availability from you mid-week
