Graduate Position

Work as part of the Buying & Purchasing Planning team at our head office in Waterloo, Sydney, you’ll report into the Purchasing Planning Manager and work closely with the Product Manager, your role centres on:

- Collaborating on inventory purchasing, conduct analysis on requirements and liaise with suppliers to procure stock
- Managing inventory logistics, end to end ownership of the process of organising, tracking and communicating on inbound freight
- Supporting inventory planning and analysis, helping to build sales and purchase forecasts and conduct ongoing analysis to make the best decisions on stock investment
- Co-ordinating custom stock feasibility, work with the colleagues and suppliers to assess feasibility of custom proposals and associated pricing

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Experience in Administrative and/or Merchandise planning and/or Inventory planning an advantage but not essential
- Excellent verbal and written communicator
- Highly numerate, high attention to detail, analytical with the ability to think logically
- MS Office experience with a good working knowledge of excel as a minimum
- Strong organisational and time management skills
