We are looking for an Ecommerce Coordinator who is self-motivated and enthusiastic.

Ideally, it is suited for someone who has experience in website content creation or managing e-commerce for a beauty company or at least fashion retail business.

**Your** **key Responsibilities are**
- Creating and Maintaining products in Shopify including pricing, product descriptions and imagery
- Ensuring products available on online platforms always have the correct content
- Review content accuracy and relevancy, and rectify issues
- Create promotions, cart, and category rules
- Assist in troubleshooting website issues
- Improve a website's user experience
- Work with Data Analyst to ensure Google SEO is accurate and maintained
- Support the E-commerce Fulfilment team day to day operations
- Support communication with online customers for any issues or inquires.

**What you need to have**
- Degree in Marketing, Communications or similar tertiary qualifications is preferable
- Experience working in an ecommerce environment, ideally with competency using the Shopify or Magento CMS platforms; and
- Having knowledge and experience of HTML and CSS would be advantage
- Intermediate experience with Adobe Creative Suite or Photoshop to create / edit online marketing material.
- Fully competent in Microsoft Office suite: Strong Excel skills
- Be highly organized with exceptional attention to detail/accuracy and a eye for good design aesthetics;
- A high level of written and oral communication skills enabling you to work with stakeholders effectively in a fast-paced and environment.
- Pride yourself on time management and prioritization skills.
- A can-do and resourceful attitude
