Your Next Role

This is an opportunity for a motivated Forklift Operator to join our Port of Brisbane Warehouse. As a Forklift Operator you will use your expertise to safely and efficiently provide loading and unloading support for our manufacturing plant.

All our people go home in the same condition they came to work; safety before production.
Safely Unloading and loading timber products (framing, landscaping, and laminated beams) ranging from 1.2 metres to 12.6 metres from trucks (Rigids, Semi’s and B-Doubles) using mobile plant equipment (4 Tonne Conventional Forklift) and side-loaders (4 Directional Hubtex)
Picking customer orders with RF guns by mobile plant equipment and staging for loading
Rotating stock and ensuring safe storage of products
Stocktake of timber products within the warehouse
Ensure we meet our safety procedures such as daily pre-starts, safe stacking, traffic management, load restraint, etc.
This role is operating Monday to Friday, 38 hours a week on a full-time basis.
About you

Demonstrated experience in service delivery, planning and customer relations, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
Ability to work as part of a team is essential and to work autonomously when required.
Experience operating a forklift and a forklift ticket is essential.
