As the Producer in our Chumba games team, you will ensure timely product delivery by scheduling, monitoring, tracking and executing against project deadlines and milestones.

Reporting to the Senior Producer you will identify areas to improve content delivery for VGW's products and drive those improvements through every aspect of development.

**Location: This role is being advertised in Perth and Sydney**

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Creating and maintaining delivery plans for new initiatives
- Take a leading role in planning cycles and ensure the team delivers effectively
- Facilitate communication between the first party team and engineering to ensure efficient delivery of work
- Coordinator and facilitate development ceremonies such as stand ups and retrospectives
- Remove blockers for the team and escalate any complex blockers
- Build and maintain strong working relationships within the team, the Growth department and other VGW teams and departments

**What you will bring to the role**:

- 3+ years of production experience, including at least 1 year running a full development team as a Producer, Project Manager, or in a similar capacity
- High level of expertise successfully implementing Agile software development processes and principles
- Experience in effectively scheduling, tracking and reporting the status of work and process improvements
- Ability to work well with cross-functional teams and effectively collaborate with product and engineering teams
- Ability to seamlessly change development trajectory based on business needs and timelines
- Adept at collaborative problem-solving and building foundations of trust for the team
- Demonstrated understanding of the value and purpose of KPI analytics within development team

We have a brand new Commercial Analyst position in our Growth team. In this role you will be responsible for creating and evaluating business cases for new projects, primarily new game development projects and new initiatives by the account management team.

You will also set up and run the project gating process, using data and financial models to determine if projects continue and receive additional investment.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Run the Stage-Gate process, evaluating projects at each stage and using data to determine if projects should continue or be halted
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities and potential risks
- Track the group's KPIs and evaluate the performance of each unit within the group
- Determine metrics and methodology that provides insights into the Growth team's performance developing reports and dashboards to effectively gauge their performance
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather data, identify opportunities, challenges and develop recommendations for new projects

**What you will bring to the role**:

- Bachelor degree in business, finance or related filed
- Minimum of two years of experience in business analysis, preferably in the gaming industry
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- Experience with the Stage-Gate process or similar project management frameworks
- Proven analytical and modelling skills, including proficiency in Excel
- Proficiency in SQL and data visualisation using Snowflake/AWS and Tableau
- Knowledge of gaming industry trends and practices
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
