- 2 Shift Patterns available - Tuesday to Saturday
- 6am
- 2.30pm and 2pm-10pm

**About the role**

We are currently seeking highly motivated and passionate individuals to join our leadership team at the Larapinta DC in the role of Team Leader. As a Team Leader, you will effectively lead and manage your assigned team to meet safety, operational, people, customer and financial performance expectations. This is an exciting time to join the leadership team as we embark upon a transformational journey
As a team leader, your focus will be on driving culture and performance within your team.

Some of your responsibilities include:

- Supervising the performance of a large team to meet production targets
- Leading, motivating and engaging team members
- Conducting performance reviews
- Building and promoting a positive and efficient team environment
- Completing associated administrative tasks
- Driving safe work practices
- Focusing on the continuous improvement of systems and processes

**About you**
For this role, experience leading a team is not critical, however you will need to demonstrate examples of your leadership capability through the recruitment process.

- You have solid knowledge of Supply Chain Operations/Distribution Centre Operations
- You have good working knowledge of warehouse management systems such as WMS and TMS

- You live and breathe safety
- You have a high level of resilience to meet targets and timeframes
