- Experience to carry out fibreglass and gelcoat repairs, bogging, sanding, buffing and polishing
- Suitable skills for trimming and sanding fibreglass
- Demonstrated ability to work to strict deadlines and meet targets
- Strong eye for detail with a focus on accuracy and quality first time
- Self motivated with a positive attitude and pride in workmanship

**Applicants to have the following attributes**:

- Be efficient, organised, able to plan and prioritise work
- Must be able to work confidently, independently, and decisively
- Excellent attention to detail
- Current Driver's licence
- Full working rights in Australia

The position is full-time employment, 6:00am - 2:30 pm, Monday to Friday and is based at Clontarf, Brisbane.

Hourly rates are dependent on experience.

**Salary**: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates
