**What will you do?**:
As a Tech Lead for Target’s Stores Technology team, you will be building the future state environment of instore customer facing technology, including replatforming the Point of Sales solution. You will be setting the foundation of how technology is utilized in stores and creating exciting new experiences for customers.

Target want to be the leaders in the retail experience for their customers. You will be driving these changes through strategic leadership, introducing modern engineering practices, and creating an environment that supports clean architecture and code.

**What are we looking for?**:

- We are looking for a Tech Lead that has some retail experience, ideally POS.
- You will be someone who gets excited about taking legacy environments and uplifting them into the cloud using AWS.
- Utilise your love of cloud with the best of breed including AWS CDK, Lambdas, Python, Eventbridge.
- Lead the engineering practices using modern frameworks including React, Typescript, NodeJS.
- Implement DevOps practice including Jenkins and CI/CD
- Be a problem solver that works collaboratively with a team of engineers to deliver outcomes for Target customers.
- Champion Agile methodologies for the team.
