Property Manager

Reports To

The Property Manager will report to the Director.

Job Overview

Responsibilities and Duties
- General tasks as a Property Manager
- Facilitate Open Houses inspections, Annual, ingoing and outgoing Inspections
- Liaise with respective tenants and landlords
- High level of integrity and ethical standards
- Knowledgeable and familiar with Real Estate Laws and regulations to guide clients through all the necessary paperwork and legal technicalities related to Property Management

**Qualifications**:

- Certificate of registration in Real Estate. Class 2 License highly desirable
- Minimum of 2 years experience working in Real Estate, preferably in a Property Management role or an Associate / Support role in Real Estate.
- Strong organizational skills, office experience, and time management skills
- Local knowledge of Fairfield local council and surrounding suburbs will be highly desirable
- Ability to speak Vietnamese and Chinese will be advantageous
- Current Driver’s License
- Own Vehicle (Vehicle allowance provided)

Salary

Negotiable.

Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
