Limitless Caring Services are looking for Disability Support Workers to join the team in Hardys Bay on the Central Coast of NSW. We are a registered provider of NDIS support services who support our participants from a strengths based individualized approach.

Hello, I would like to introduce myself, my name is “Sally”. I would like to share a little about myself. I have had a colorful life, and my journey has been an adventure. I have studied spiritually for many years, I am seeking support workers who resonate with my Christan spirit, who will respect and honor me as a human being.

I was born with gifts that have given me insight into the human consciousness which has allowed me to have the ability to read human beings with clarity.

I am my own best advocate, stand in my truth and have high standards for how I am to be cared for, respected and accepted as a child of god. I have completed decades of self-development work and am seeking support workers who are well on their way through their own journey of self-development and discovery. I am very comfortable and in touch with my true identity and setting expectations.

I come from an interesting background which has led me to interact with the rich and famous through my journey of life. I am not saying this to be pretentious or to impress you as I am a humble human being.

I first received NDIS in 2021 and experienced many different support workers, unfortunately I have not had success in building a suitable experienced team since then. My goal is to find the right dynamics of a supportive team. I have a complex medical condition that was diagnosed by Professor Tessa Crammond the Head of the pain institute of Australia. I am now under a team at the Prince of Wales Hospital, unfortunately requiring regular admissions.

My life experiences, ongoing development and gifts from God have led me into ministry work where I find peace help others that are in need.

This being said, I require daily supports to live safely, happily and securely in my lovely home with my best 4 legged friend “Daisy”.

I am seeking skilled support workers with high standards of cleaning, cooking, advocacy, administration and most importantly being able to calmly deal with emergency situations.

Confident communication with myself, fellow team members and medical/allied health professionals is a must along with taking ownership of your actions.

**Qualifications**:

- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Disability) or relevant qualification.
- Minimum 12 months of paid experience in a similar role.
- Experience working with challenging behaviors, mental health and neurodiverse support requirements highly desirable.
- Experience in SIL, private residential, and community-based support.

Pay: $41.70 - $80.00 per hour
