We are a busy three-surgery dental practice in Pimpama seeking a reliable, experienced dental receptionist to join our team 2–3 days per week. This role is perfect for someone looking for part-time hours and a few days a week, in a friendly, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the front desk, including patient bookings, communication, and general reception duties
• Maintain a professional and organised reception environment
• Provide support with basic dental assisting taskswhen required (covering lunch breaks or staff leave)
• Ensure smooth day-to-day clinic operations in a fast-paced environment

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a dental receptionist
• Knowledge of dental software and appointment management
• Excellent communication, organisational, and multitasking skills
• Reliability, punctuality, and a team-oriented attitude
