Unitech is a leading ICT provider of Information Technology solutions to the SME and Corporate markets.
They have an excellent opportunity for a customer focused individual for a Casual I.T Trainee Field & Workshop support to our extensive client base.
Reporting to the Service Manager, this position will expose the successful applicant to a wide range of products and services utilised to deploy intricate Information Technology solutions as implemented by our technical department.

**Role**:

- Field warranty support for I.T hardware equipment
- Field warranty support for printer hardware equipment
- Workshop repairs, and prep work in workshop
- Assist senior engineers on project
- Imaging of computers
- Installation of operating systems
- Complete service documentation as required

**Desirable (but not essential)**:

- IT field support Experience
- Peripheral experience
- Backup monitoring

**Essential**:

- 1 years experience in an IT support role
- Ability to work under pressure & deal with multiple tasks
- Superior communication skills, written & verbal (must be fluent in English and possess great phone manner)
- IT qualifications
- Be reliable, punctual, well organised & presented
- Accurate problem resolution skills with clear documentation
- Attention to detail
- Current NSW Driver's License and reliable vehicle

**Package**:
It will depend on individual skills and experience and will incorporate all legislative requirements.

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Education**:

- High School (Year 12) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- IT support: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
