About the Role
We are looking for an exceptional Product Owner/Chapter Lead, Analytics to join our growing team. You’ll lead the development of advanced analytics capabilities that empower data-informed decision-making across ANZ with a specific focus on data migration. Combining strategic vision with hands-on leadership, you will guide a multidisciplinary team of data analysts, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver cutting-edge analytics solutions.
As a Chapter Lead, you’ll also foster the development of your team, ensuring they thrive in their craft while driving the implementation of analytics strategies that align with ANZ’s goals.

What will your day look like?
**Product Ownership**: Define the vision, roadmap, and priorities for analytics products and outcomes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
**Team Leadership**: Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing analytics team by fostering a culture of collaboration, curiosity, and excellence.
**Stakeholder Engagement**: Partner with business and technology stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging analytics to drive value.
**Delivery Focus**: Oversee end-to-end delivery of analytics projects, ensuring they meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
**Data Quality Uplift Initiatives**: Lead efforts to improve data accuracy, consistency, and governance, ensuring high-quality inputs for analytics and reporting.
**Capability Development**: Lead the evolution of ANZ’s analytics capabilities, incorporating emerging trends and best practices in data science, machine learning, and business intelligence.
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following:
Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Chapter Lead within analytics or data-driven, decision centric environments.
Strong expertise in analytics tools, platforms, and methodologies (e.g., SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI). Solid understanding of data migration processes and their implementation within large-scale projects. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, with the ability to leverage these technologies effectively.
A strategic mindset with the ability to translate complex data insights into actionable business solutions.
Prior experience in the financial services sector, providing insights into regulatory and industry-specific analytics needs, will be highly valued. A demonstrated ability to implement frameworks and processes that enhance data integrity and governance.
Excellent leadership and mentoring skills, with experience in growing and developing teams.
Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Passion for data and its potential to transform business outcomes.
