Are you a creative and results-driven digital advertising expert?

We are looking for a talented individual to manage global paid advertising campaigns and drive new member signups for this leading digital first business.

**About the role**:

- Manage and implement paid advertising across digital channels (Meta, Google Ads, Display, Programmatic).
- Coordinate with paid social and SEO agencies to set expectations and improve performance.
- Create and brief assets and copy for effective acquisition ads.
- Optimize media spend for signups and CPAs.
- Recommend optimizations for acquisition landing pages.
- Develop and implement a commercial acquisition roadmap.
- Share performance insights and run A/B tests to enhance acquisition.
- Monitor media spends and agency invoices.

**About you**:

- You will have a proven ability to execute rapidly in a fast-paced eCommerce environment.
- You will have exceptional hands-on experience with digital advertising tools, channels and strategies - for Meta and Google Ads
- You are self sufficient and have a real go getter attitude.
