**What's on offer?**

The Development Coordinator is responsible for supporting the retail team in regard to the packaging and release of exclusive and non-exclusive lots.

This role will see our team be kept up to date with the latest information in regard to available land across Victoria. This is vital to our overall strategy when it comes to house and land packages.

Responsibilities include:

- Preparing and releasing new stage releases via Runway.
- Assist the Development Partner in releasing exclusive House & Land packages.
- Monitoring and updating the status of land availability in Runway.
- Overall reporting regarding sales and house and land data.
- Coordinate invitations to relevant developer events.
- General ad hoc administration support.

- Ability to demonstrate initiative and self-motivation.
- Previous experience in the construction industry is desirable, but not required.
