**The Role**:

- Perth and WA based.
- Promotion of an exciting portfolio of innovative and industry-leading orthopaedic products including robotics and implants.
- Build and develop relationships with key opinion leaders, surgeons and nursing staff
- Develop key sales strategies to increase the footprint of the organisation across the South Melbourne Region
- Ability to deliver ongoing training and support to clinicians ensuring safe and effective use of product platforms
- A genuine passion for orthopaedics, patient outcomes and the medical device sector are a must

**Demonstrable Attributes**
- Previous hospital or surgical sales experience highly desirable although not essential.
- Previous clinical experience advantageous (ex physiotherapsists, exercise physiologists and chiropractors are encouraged to apply)
- Self starter, someone who can work with autonomy and thrives on challenge
- Passion for the medical device market
- Hunter mentality, sales and target orientated individual

**Package**:

- Highly competitve base salary + car allowance + super + phone + laptop
- Bonus and commission structure related to achievement vs sales targets
