**Are you a passionate female coach or player wanting to inspire the next generation of girls in football?**
S4S Soccer Academy is actively seeking enthusiastic and reliable **female coaches** to join our growing team in Melbourne. We are committed to increasing the number of women in coaching and providing positive female role models for the young girls we coach.

S4S delivers academy-based programs including skill development, elite squads, and school-based coaching across Melbourne. Whether you're an experienced coach or a passionate footballer ready to give back to the game, we'd love to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coach girls and mixed-gender groups aged 5-12 in schools and academy programs
- Create a safe, inclusive and empowering learning environment
- Deliver engaging sessions that focus on fun, learning and skill development
- Set up/pack down equipment and liaise with school/academy staff
- Communicate professionally with players, parents, and the S4S team
- Act as a positive female role model for young athletes

**Essential Criteria**:

- Passionate about soccer and developing young players
- Confident, reliable, and organised
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Current Working With Children Check (VIC)
- Reliable transport to venues

**Desirable (Not Essential)**:

- Coaching experience or qualifications (MiniRoos, C License, etc.)
- Playing experience in soccer
- First Aid certificate

**Availability**:

- Weekday and weekend work available
- Morning, afternoon, and after-school sessions
- Opportunities during school holidays and events
- Casual and flexible hours to fit your schedule
