Offroad Creative is a fast-growing manufacturer of high-end 4x4 canopies and accessories, and we're expanding our production team. We're currently looking for a **Sanding & Prep Technician** to join our manufacturing division.

**About the Role**:
This hands-on role involves sanding and prepping bullbars and other fabricated components prior to painting and powder coating. You'll be working in a clean, modern workshop alongside a focused team that takes pride in building premium gear.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Sand and prepare aluminium and steel bullbars and canopy parts for surface finishing
- Follow prep procedures to ensure a high-quality paint or powdercoat finish
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Work efficiently to meet daily and weekly production targets
- Assist with other workshop tasks when required

**About You**:

- Previous experience in sanding, prepping, or surface finishing is preferred but not essential
- Previous experience using power tools is a must
- Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic
- Reliable and able to work independently
- Comfortable using hand tools, sanders, and grinders
- Safety-conscious and physically fit

Pay: Up to $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
