**The Opportunity**:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an After Sales Representative (Forklifts) to join our team based in Laverton. This is a fantastic role with real purpose allowing you to contribute to improving our aftermarket market position and achieving financial growth in the Forklifts after sales remit.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Generate new service business for the region through the various sales channels and leads made available to you
- Effectively manage a defined territory and client base
- Follow up and attend to customer enquiries
- Identify additional service sales opportunities to support new and current customers
- Conduct face to face contact calls with customers on a daily basis.
- Provide high standard of customer service and effectively manage customer accounts and requirements
- Ensure all customer orders are effectively communicated with the relevant internal customers ensuring customer requirements are exceeded
- Attend to customer concerns and facilitate resolution
- Carry out equipment inspections as required by customers to formulate an estimate cost

**The Knowledge, Skills and Abilities we’re Looking For**:

- Proven experience in forklift sales or a similar industry
- Excellent negotiation, and customer service skills
- Ability to demonstrate product knowledge including mechanical and technical aptitude
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and maintain a proactive bd plan
- Customer focused with well-developed communication skills
- Self-motivated, passionate about sales and the drive to succeed
