Zero Gradi, our gelateria and dessert bar, is looking for a Venue Manager who can inspire the team, drive results, and keep things running smoothly (with a touch of sweetness, of course).

- Be a proven leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, ideally in hospitality or retail.
- A confident people manager and a leader with exceptional communication skills
- Be skilled in managing the day-to-day hustle of a busy, high-revenue venue.
- Be confident with numbers and planning, including budgets, rosters, and staffing levels.
- Have hands-on experience with inventory management to proactively manage stock and keep operations running smoothly.
- Be a natural coach who loves training and onboarding teams to be their best.
- A customer service professional who delivers unforgettable customer experiences
- A positive and enthusiastic individual who has a passion for desserts and sweet treats
About the Role
As Venue Manager, you’ll:
- Motivate, inspire and energise your team through leading by example to go above and beyond for all our customers
- Support and grow your team by identifying individual training needs and provide development opportunities.
- Oversee the venue’s financial and operational performance, ensuring everything runs smoothly and effectively and achieves set targets.
- Be the driving force behind opportunities to maximise transactions and sales

Please note that flexibility, including some evenings and weekends, is crucial for excelling in this role.
Pay: $70,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
