Duties of the Role
- Sales - researching & pipeline processes
- Linked In Management and other online Marketing
- Website management
- Travel calenda management
- Family calenda management
- Project management
- Female Inspiring Younger Women - Business group coordination
- Social Media management
- Evening networking events availability to create videos and pic’s Social Media content
- Marketing appreciation & content creation
- Private home tasks such as but not limited to - school run with for the principal’s son helping out with personal errands
- Motivated individuals
- Inspired social media wiz, with a marketing & sales focus
- Confident capable support person
- Creative and fun, with an eye for the camera
- PA/EA administration skill set
- Appreciates the high life, luxury living
- Understands Marketing & Advertising processes
- Structured, thorough person
- High attention to detail
- Able to work autonomously and get it done
- Excited to build a growing glowing beautiful brand

Required to Succeed in the Role
- Mon, Wed, Fri hours or 5 days of 4 hrs commitment, flexible for the right person
- Remote worker with scheduled face to face meetings at Principals home
- Marketing, social media, sales experience or currently studying in the area
- Natural Personal Assistant, no task too big or too small
- Administration & computer skills - Apple Mac devices, Microsoft
- Thorough systems orientated person
- Experience and confidence working with children
- Excited for growth and learning
- Polished presentation
- Permanent part time role around 20 hrs with option to grow to full time
- Driver’s licence and reliable car
- Working with Children Check (Can be obtained)
- Police Check (Can be obtained)

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
