Our combined Teams of roofing experts and extensive Client/Supplier networks provide tailored solutions to our diverse Client base. As a result of our continued growth / internal promotions, we now have an excellent opportunity for a positive and energetic individual to join our internal Sales / Customer Service Team on a full-time basis.

The Role
- Reporting to the Directors, our small Internal Sales Team is committed to providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our vast groups of trades and corporate customers
- Ensuring all enquiries, quotes, orders and payments are accurately processed in our systems
- Providing the correct product and delivery information (including organising deliveries as required) to each customer
- Liaising with other Teams (dispatch, manufacturing, accounts) to ensure full completion of all customer transactions to our established workflows
- Providing follow-up on customer orders and payments as required
- Updating Customer databases and provide reports / records on request
- Undertaking general administrative tasks to support all Sales / Customer Service requirements
- Keeping up to date with product knowledge, promotions and customer requirements

About You
- Ideally you will have experiences in a similar Customer Service / Internal Sales (B2B or B2C) role in the Steel Manufacturing / Building Products industry or have significant insights on roofing and rainwater products
- Excellent administration, customer service and relationship building skills
- An eye for detail and excellent data entry / typing skills (Microsoft)
- Exceptional organisation skills and the ability to multi-task
- A good telephone manner and the ability to stay calm in a busy but enjoyable operating environment
- Ability to collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders
- Team player who enjoys a busy and rewarding work environment
- Ideally, applicants will reside on Brisbane Northside and be willing to work 7.30am to 4.00pm.

**Salary**: $45,086.00 - $76,715.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

**Experience**:

- Sales & Retail Occupations: 1 year (preferred)
