**ABOUT YOU**

Are you a confident, enthusiastic person with a passion for fashion? Then this is the opportunity for you

Excellent customer service experience is required as you will be front of house and first point of contact for all of our patients, as well as capable to build a rapport with our long standing and new clients.

We require a strong work ethic, efficiency and a willingness to learn. A passion for developing and implementing procedures would be beneficial. A strong ability sense of self and ability to work without supervision and direction. An ability to identify areas where procedures could be beneficial and drafting them for implementation into the practice. This is a junior role where you will be upskilled by undertaking a Cert IV in Optical Dispensing.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

A flexible role - full / part time or casual negotiable. The role would suit a young fashion conscious individual, who is looking to develop their career, which will see you undertaking
- Reception and appointment book management
- Attending to customer needs
- Learning about frames and lenses to confidently share you knowledge with customers
- Working within a team
- Maintaining an exceptional practice appearance
