Payroll Manager

**Your role at Dynatrace**:
**Responsibilities**
- Review and approval of all payrolls within each of the APAC countries (Including but not limited to Australia, New Zealand, China, Hong Kong, India, Korea, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore) prior to release to the Employees - to ensure accuracy
- Preparation of annual reports for audit and annual statutory reporting
- Provide financial and analytical support to the Senior Finance Director
- Performing ad hoc analysis pro-actively or as directed, to provide performance insights that aid growth and focus appropriate resource allocation
- Develop strong and collaborative relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effectiveness of communications and resolution of issues
- SOX compliance preparation and management
- Review and enhancement of processes within the payroll function

**What will help you succeed**:

- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in leading a large regional payroll function - with specific expertise in APAC countries for payroll, tax and statutory compliance requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated experience of working collaboratively and influencing across multiple stakeholder groups
- Self-starter with the ability to work with limited supervision
- Excellent customer service skills
- NetSuite experience is desirable
- Good conceptual ability, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analysis/problem solving skills
- Advanced Excel Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required; must be comfortable connecting with and communicating with individuals at all levels of an organization and in every region in which we operate.
- Ability to work under pressure and multi-task while exhibiting strong interpersonal skills.
