
People & Quality Coordinator

Koorana is seeking an experienced People & Quality Coordinator to join our team.
**About the Role**:
Reporting to the Head of People & Quality, this part-time role will work closely with the Head of People & Quality and the People & Quality team to provide administration and office support. The role will assist with administrative projects and tasks to support corporate needs as required.
**About the Role**:
- Diary management and administrative support for members of the Executive Leadership Team.
- Attendance and minute-taking as required.
- Oversee hazard, incident, feedback and complaints registers to ensure consistent and appropriate response and reporting.
- Update existing policies and procedures as required. Assist with the coordination of effective and accurate internal Quality and Risk Audits.
- Effectively manage relationships with key stakeholders.
- Lead the communication with the team to bring awareness to Koorana’s policies, procedures and protocols and embed these within the organisation’s practice and culture.
- Assist with administrative requirements as required.

**About you**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, relationship management and influencing skills at all levels.
- Ability to build and maintain effective internal and external relationships.
- To have at least three doses of COVID-19 vaccination or have an approved medical contraindication certificate. You will be required to provide a record of your COVID-19 vaccination status if successful.
