We may have the perfect job for you We will build on your hospitality industry experience and give you the tools to help support employees with a disability in our BariStars coffee vans. Reporting to the Enterprise Manager, the Crew Coordinator will run the day-to-day operations of the van, while providing supervision, training, and goal setting for the employees in their team.

To be successful in this role you will have an unrestricted driver's licence, a current first aid certificate, NDIS Worker Check (NDISWC) and experience in the hospitality industry - preferably as a barista.

About you

  • Demonstrated capacity to work with people with a disability and a commitment to workplace diversity
  • Demonstrated industry experience in commercial cleaning, gardening or hospitality
  • Well-developed verbal and written communication skills including the capacity to effectively communicate with people with a range of disabilities
  • Demonstrated supervisory skills and commitment to working with deadline
  • Intermediate computer-based skills
  • Sound Work Health & Safety skills and abilities that support safe work practices for employees with a disability
