While the role back-of-house, making fresh pasta, customer service is essential as the kitchen is open-plan. This means communication and presentation are very important for this role.

The ideal applicant will be adaptable and eager to learn. Duties will range from weighing and boxing pasta, and cleaning, to sheeting, filling and rolling fresh Tortellini di Bologna.
