Purpose of role The Assistant Front of House Supervisor will be responsible for
managing Borsch, Vodka & Tears front of house and Bar operations.

Main duties and
responsibilities

Core objectives include:

- Provide leadership in the development and delivery of Borsch,
- Vodka & Tears food and drink service
- Food and beverage service
- Training of new and existing staff members, with an emphasis

on teaching staff to engage with customers and give varyingand suitable recommendations misconduct which has been, or may be occurring in theworkplacerequirements to minimise penaltiessales system so that stock is correctly recordedthroughout the entire service periodcashed off correctlyThe above list is not exhaustive and the role may change to meet theoverall objectives of the company.Other duties Fulfil other duties as required by management and other
- Monitor staff signing in and out of their shifts and breaks
- Take responsibility for reporting improper conduct or
- Ensure team cohesion exists
- Identify opportunities to increase revenue and profitability
- Maintain quality standards across the business
- Assist in the recruitment of staff
- Induct new staff into the business following induction pack
- Ensure staff break times are adhered to per Award
- Ensure all food and drink orders are put through the point of
- Minimise staff hours where possible when service is quiet
- Ensure booking notes and customer requests are met
- On Friday & Saturdays ensure the Maitre D’ Role is adhered to
- Ensure all customer bills are paid and check that tables are
- Minimise order errors and monitor unnecessary wastage

PERSON SPECIFICATION
Experience
- Minimum 2 year’s experience in a Supervisoror managerial position in a
- reputable restaurant.

Knowledge **Knowledge of operating POS systems including back end**

- KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS FOR WEEKLY BONUS

The list of KPI’s below will be reviewed monthly in a meeting.
- Ensure all staff breaks, including your own, are taken within the specified time in the shift so
- that no break penalties are incurred.
- Ensure all staff meals are processed by staff in the Point of Sales system, that the correct
- Ensure all knock offs and staff drinks are processed through the point of sales and either
- Provide a reason for all items that have been discounted or comped, including staff shots, and
- Present one new idea per month regarding service improvements, new food or drink ideas, staff
- Reporting of all breaches of the employee handbook either witnessed or heard about.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
