- ** Permanent Part time Position - 18 hours per week (potential for more hours as we grow)**:

- ** 8:30am till 2:30pm Monday - Wednesday**:

Exciting opportunity for a motivated carer who is passionate about promoting health and wellbeing, to engage with a wide variety of community groups and build strong networks whilst creating innovative and meaningful activities. Your well-developed communication skills and zest for life, will assist you to maximise participation and engagement of our Aged care clients.

Reporting to the Day Centre Coordinator, you will assist with the development and implementation of programs and activities to enrich the lives of our clients attending our Wellness Centre.
- To be successful for the role you will have:_
- Certificate III in Aged Care
- Experience supporting people with Dementia would be beneficial (but not essential)
- Previous experience working within an aged care environment
- Able to effectively facilitate group activities
- A strong work ethic along with a sense of fun
- Time Management and thinking on your feet in a fast paced and ever changing environment
- Proof of COVID Vaccinations
