**Key Responsibilities**:

- Take full ownership of the coolroom, maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organised environment
- Accurately pick, pack, and label daily orders according to specifications
- Assist with dispatch preparation and loading of delivery vehicles
- Collaborate with Warehouse and Dispatch teams for efficient order delivery
- Uphold food safety and hygiene standards at all times

**Must-Have Requirements**:

- **Minimum 2 years’ experience in a coolroom or cold storage environment (mandatory)**
- Physically fit and able to undertake heavy lifting
- Extremely high attention to detail and recall accuracy
- Positive, energetic, and reliable team player attitude
- Ability to work unsupervised and take ownership of tasks
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Professional, punctual, and well-presented
- Full working rights in Australia, Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident (preferred)
