Carl's Jr. Lyndhurst has just reopened and are growing at a rapid rate We are seeking 2 energetic shift leaders who are ready to grow with us

As our Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for setting the highest standard in all areas of the restaurant including the guest experience, the workplace culture and the financial performance
- You will hire, train, and develop your team
- You will take pride in delivering the best quality, fresh, and local ingredients to our guests and community
- You will take pride in and be passionate about building a positive culture within your team - focused on exceptional guest service, working together and making Carl's Jr. an enjoyable place to work.

**Your Responsibilities**

This diverse role involves a variety of responsibilities including but not limited to:

- Leading the team in efficient day to day operations
- Being a role model for the standards and behaviours consistent with the Carl's Jr. values and culture
- Ensuring high-quality food is served and exceptional customer service is maintained at all times
- Listening to customer feedback and working to ensure positive customer experiences
- training, developing and cross-training all team members and shift leaders
- Management of team members including rostering, shift changes and team meetings
- Managing P&L performance, guest metrics, inventory results, labour control, and many other KPIs
- Executing marketing promotions and creating community-driven local marketing activities
- Ensuring the safety of our people & guests

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $27.17 - $27.92 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

Supplementary Pay:

- Penalty rates
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cranbourne West, VIC 3977: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Restaurant industry: 1 year (preferred)
