**RTO Quality & Compliance Officer - Fulltime Contract (Brendale QLD)**

Australian Trade Training College Ltd has been a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) since 2006. We deliver a variety of courses ranging from Certificate I level to Diplomas under Apprenticeship/Traineeship arrangements, VETiS (Vocational Education and Training in Schools), Certificate 3 Guarantee (C3G) and Fee for Service. Due to growth and expansion we are seeking an energetic, articulate and RTO Quality and Compliance Officer to join our Quality & Compliance team. **About the role**:
As the RTO Quality & Compliance Officer, you will administer internal quality systems to ensure proactive organisational compliance with the Standards for Registered Training Organisation 2015, FET Act and other relevant Legislation as required. Your core role reports to the Quality & Compliance Coordinator and will include assistance with maintaining scope administration, internal audits, validation activities, Training and Assessment Strategies, Trainer matrix, Document control and proactive monitoring to ensure the RTO consistently delivers the highest degree of quality and compliance across our Registered Training Organisation

This is an entry level position is ideal for someone who is passionate about people, processes and willing to learn the requirements. This role will see you assisting with the development, implementation and ongoing maintenance of our Quality Framework and Quality Management System. In this diverse, yet fast-paced role you will exercise a high level of confidentiality, integrity, communication and organisation to ensure all business critical matters are addressed in a timely manner.

**Highly Desirable**:

- Certificate III in Business or similar
- Learning Management System experience
- Willing to attain Knowledge of Training Standards for RTO’s (2015)
- Experience with ASQA Requirements and processes
- Experience in Auditing & Document control processes
