**Hours**: Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, 8 am-5 pm

We are looking for a motivated and passionate Weekend Sales Associate to join our showroom team and help our customers find the perfect stationery.

**Position Overview**:
As a Weekend Sales Associate, you will be responsible for driving sales, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean, welcoming showroom environment. Your primary goal will be to assist customers in selecting customised stationery, and ensure the showroom is always in pristine condition.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales**: Engage with customers to understand their needs, provide personalised recommendations, and drive sales of wedding and event stationery and other related products.
- **Customer Service**: Deliver outstanding customer service by offering a warm, friendly experience and assisting customers through every step of their purchasing journey.
- **Showroom Maintenance**: Maintain a clean and organised showroom, ensuring product displays are neat, invitations are well-stocked, and the store is ready for customers at all times.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay updated on product offerings, trends in stationery, and promotions to provide customers with accurate and relevant information.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the showroom team to ensure smooth operations and a positive environment for both customers and colleagues.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous retail or sales experience in a customer-facing role.
- Passion for weddings/events and an understanding of the industry is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to close sales
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to build ongoing rapport with clientele
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Over-the-phone skills is necessary
- Social media interaction and understanding is required
- Able to work weekends

Pay: $212.50 - $275.00 per day
