Clyde North, Australia Coaching Guru and UCMAS Victoira Full time

**We are now hiring multiple tutors for all of our branches in Werribee, Rockbank and Clyde North**

**Role 1: Academic Tutor (Coaching Guru)**
- Key Responsibilities:_
- Track and assess student progress, offering constructive feedback.
- Cultivate a positive and motivating learning environment.
- Requirements:_
- Prior tutoring experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Availability to work at one or more of our locations: Werribee, Clyde North, or Rockbank.

**Role 2: Abacus Trainer (UCMAS)**

We are seeking passionate individuals to join UCMAS as Abacus Trainers. Prior experience in abacus teaching is not required as full training will be provided, but a background in education is advantageous.
- Key Responsibilities:_
- Deliver the UCMAS abacus and mental arithmetic program to children.
- Foster the development of concentration, memory, and cognitive skills.
- Prepare and implement lesson plans according to the UCMAS curriculum.
- Monitor student progress and ensure learning outcomes are achieved
- Requirements:_
- Experience working with children is preferred.
- Willingness to learn the UCMAS abacus system (training provided).
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work at Werribee, Clyde North, or Rockbank.

**Role 3: Booklet Marker (Support Role)**

We are also looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented individual to join us as a Booklet Marker. This role is essential in supporting both Coaching Guru and UCMAS by ensuring accurate and timely marking of student booklets.
- Key Responsibilities:_
- Mark and grade student booklets from both Coaching Guru and UCMAS programs.
- Maintain consistency and accuracy in grading according to set guidelines.
- Provide constructive feedback to help students improve their work.
- Collaborate with tutors and trainers to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
- Requirements:_
- Attention to detail and accuracy in marking.
- Prior experience in grading or educational assessment is preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Flexibility to work across our Werribee, Clyde North, or Rockbank locations.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 per week

Schedule:

- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
