The Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated Supply Chain Specialist (Warehouse Supervisor) to support a world class airborne surveillance, communications and battle management system, the E-7A Wedgetail. It is a bespoke retail warehouse with a team of seven staff which would support aircraft cycling through Deeper Maintenance at RAAF Base Amberley.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervision of BDA warehouse operations including timely execution of daily task setting and prioritisation of staff.
- Accountable for the warehouse inventory and accounts including Serviceable, Repairable, Quarantine and Disposal Accounts in accordance with Commonwealth and Boeing policy and procedures.
- Supervise the provision and distribution of inventory to meet all internal and external customers' requirements which includes repairable items in order to meet the operational schedules.
- While working alongside the customer you also provide direct support to all internal and external customers.
- Processing (Inventory Management System) transactions to support project activities as required.
- Continue to drive and support a strong safety culture that aligns with Boeing policy.
- Be comfortable and confident to address staff concerns, training gaps and staff shortfalls if and when needed that aligns with Boeing Policy.
- Interfaces and high levels of engagement to technical stakeholders.
- Interface with multiple internal and external stakeholders for parts flow management to be aware and support critical path inventory.

Experience/Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in a supervisory role.
- CERT IV or higher in Warehouse and or Management.
- Demonstrated knowledge of, and experience in, supply support roles and functions.
- Previous experience in warehouse functions or logistician who can grow into this role.
- Desired experience with computerised Commonwealth inventory management systems.
- Ability to obtain and hold a Secret security clearance.
