**The Role: Engine Assembler**
As an Engine Assembler at OEC, you’ll be an integral part of our production team, working on assembling engines that power some of the world’s most reliable vehicles. In this hands-on role, you will:
- Collaborate with our expert team, including Lead Assemblers and Resident Engineers
- Perform precise engine assembly following strict processes and guidelines
- Continuously improve your skills through on-the-job training and mentorship
- Contribute to our commitment to quality, safety, and innovation
**What We’re Looking For**:
- Previous experience in engine assembly or mechanical component assembly
- Skilled in using hand tools and precision assembly techniques
- A keen eye for detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills
- Ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and a team-player mindset
