**2 X CLIENT SERVICE OFFICERS - NSW GOVERNMENT**

We are looking for 2 x Client Service Officers for a temporary role with an established Government organisation working within the housing and tenancy department.
- Strawberry Hills location
- Immediate start - Initial 3 month contract with view to extend
- Driving licence is required
- $31ph + super
- Full time, Monday to Friday

**The role**:

- Within the housing department, providing advice and assistance on housing options and assessing client eligibility and needs
- Working within relevant legislation, policies and procedures
- Manage client information to ensure confidentiality, accuracy and integrity
- Working in collaboration with internal specialists and external service providers to make referrals where additional support is required to better meet client needs
- Monitor property condition and facilitate maintenance and minor modifications where necessary
- Managing conflicts and expectations of clients and their advocates in a human services environment.
- Client Service Officers often need to respond to and manage antisocial behaviour

- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive issues and confidential information
- Decision making and problem solving skills
- Planning and prioritising workloads to meet deadlines in a demanding work place
- Excellent customer service and are able to remain composed under pressure
