Our project at Curragh North is located 15 mins north of Blackwater

Responsibilities of this role
- Undertake planned and reactive tyre changes/maintenance on a range of mobile mining equipment
- Removing and fitting OTR mining tyres/wheels, wheel rotations, pressure checks, and recording tyre usage information
- Be self-motivated and able to work as directed
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and work within teams to develop and implement solutions
- Be committed to adhering to and promoting a strong safety culture

Requirements for this role include
- Certificate II in Automotive Tyre Servicing Technology or
- AURKTJ011 Remove, inspect and fit earthmoving and off-the-road tyres
- AURKTJ012 Remove, inspect and fit earthmoving and off-the-road wheel and rim assemblies
- RIIMPO208F Operate support equipment
RIISAM202E Isolate and access plant
RIISAM301F Test operational functions of vehicles and equipment
- Demonstrated experience in fitting heavy earthmoving tyres
- Current Queensland Coal Board Medical (or willingness to obtain)
- Current Standard 11 (or willingness to obtain).
- A current Queensland driver licence
