The Group Credit Structuring (GCS) Business Platforms Squad plays a pivotal role in delivering scalable, resilient, and customer-centric technology solutions that support the bank’s credit structuring and small business banking operations.

**Your Role**
- Cultivate strategic vendor partnerships, ensuring alignment with project timelines and deliverables, while driving successful execution and achieving business objectives.
- Identify opportunities to enhance and optimize property systems to better meet business needs and ensure alignment with industry best practices.
- Work with the Product Owner and Business Analyst to identify project delivery issues and risks, and lead mitigation strategies, and escalations where necessary.
- Evaluate effectiveness of crew tools, processes, and methodologies, and make recommendations for continuous improvement and optimize processes and operations.

**Your Skills and Experience**
- Experience in implementing API solutions and streamlining processes under the appropriate organisational frameworks and guidelines.
- Capability to engage in technical discussions with vendors, solution architects and developers, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with business-focused teams.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional business and technology teams, providing strategic consulting, overseeing build and testing processes, managing system implementations, and delivering comprehensive product support.
- Previous experience as an Application Specialist or similar role within Property/Building Access Management and operating under DevSecOps advantageous.
