Working with us as a **Site Coordinator**, you will have an opportunity to:

- develop strong relationships and work in partnership with senior leaders and colleagues across business areas to support a diverse, inclusive and healthy workforce
- design and deliver a range of corporate communication products and events using digital technology to grow site engagement
- plan and coordinate a range of initiatives that enhance the ATO work environment and promote the strategies delivered by the Culture and Inclusion branch
- contribute to national forums, including sharing best practice, your experience and innovative ideas
- develop your HR knowledge and experience relating to workplace diversity, culture, leadership, and mental health

You’ll be working as part of a national site leadership network that includes a diverse group of colleagues across all sites in the ATO. An attitude of optimism and curiosity will serve you well in this role. Our site leadership program brings our culture to life through workplace initiatives and events that enhance collaboration, foster connection and support our workforce to thrive.
