ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Musical Cast Development Specialist you are the catalyst for the growth & evolution of our cast members in your dedicated field of performing arts. Your industry knowledge is imparted onto our cast members in such ways that allows them to become the best they can be. Your love of performing arts and dedication to the education of our cast members is second to none.
MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

- The preparation and delivery of creative and engaging lessons where students receive the maximum benefit during their time with you.
- The development, practice and maintenance of classroom management strategies for the safety and security of everyone in your care.
- To maintain a consistent professional nature at all times to both cast members and their caregivers which embodies the values of Off Centre.
- To display dedication to Off Centre through your willingness to be on time and prepared for each lesson and to prioritise your work at Off Centre in line with that of any other workplace.

ROLE INTENTIONS:

- Education Excellence - To impart your knowledge onto our students and provide them with guidance to flourish and reach their full potential.
- Best in Show - To facilitate the evolution of performance through your out-of-the-box ideas which challenge the status quo.
- Performance Elevation - To provide cast members with the skills, tools and experience to participate in all performance opportunities at the standard expected of an Off Centre production.

RENUMERATION:
$35 Per Hour as a starting rate (inclusive of Superannuation)

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: From $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Evening shift
- Flexible hours
- No weekends
