**The Role**:
In choosing Yeah Boy, you’ll serve as a key member of our Bar team You will be responsible for ensuring the glass area is maintained and clean, assisting the Bartenders with tasks such as basic food prep, ice runs and keeping up with glassware to ensure we meet our commitment to our lovely guests, all in a busy environment. Your responsibilities will include:

- Learn correct process for glasswashing and bar cleanliness
- Learn processes which assist in opening and closing the section
- Pack away deliveries & Learn to check off invoices
- Assist our Bartening friends with tasks such as preparing garnishes
- Assist bartenders during busy service
- Serve as a brand ambassador, with a can do attitude that helps ensure we work as a team - ultimately to deliver an excellent experience to our guests that compels them to return
- Clean, Sanitise and ensure a safe workspace
- If you're up for a challenge, floating out onto the floor and working between teams
