Cheltenham, Australia Ultra Health Care Full time

Ultra Health Care is seeking a medical receptionist to join our team. The hours can be either full time or part time, 3-4 days a week with availability to cover leave as needed.

This role includes greeting patients, organising appointments, maintaining records, billing and other tasks related to the day-to-day operations of the office.

To succeed in this role you will:

- Have experience in medical reception (MD and Pracsoft)
- Work cooperatively with other reception and clinical staff
- Be able to work independently and display initiative when needed
- Be well presented, courteous, friendly, and professional
- Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ensure patient records are managed accurately and confidentially

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

COVID-19 considerations:
Staff are required to wear a mask as per healthcare settings for the entirety of their shift as well as being covid-19 vaccinated

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cheltenham, VIC 3192: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Medical admin: 1 year (preferred)

- Australia (preferred)

- Night Shift (preferred)
